REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We know sometimes the items you purchase are not always the items that are right for you. We also know that as a parent, getting the time to go to a post box can be near impossible! That’s why we offer a 14-day refund, 30-day exchange/credit option with all purchases made through The Feeding Nook.
All return postage costs will be at the cost of the buyer, however if you are after a store credit, you will be eligible to use The Feeding Nook returns label for $8.95 AUD, we will simply subtract this amount from your store credit. Alternatively, you can opt to use your own label.
Item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. Any items that are not in their original condition and packaging will be returned back to you.
Item(s) eligible for refund must be returned within 14-days from the date you receive your parcel.
Item(s) eligible for exchange/credit must be returned within 30-days from the date you receive your parcel.
The above return policy is in addition to, and does not affect the statutory rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law
Depending on your location, it can take between 2 and 15 days for your return to reach us. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund/exchange/credit within 1-3 business days. We will then notify you via email to let you know once your return has been completed.
How to Initiate a Return:
Step 1 – Let us know you would like to return your item/s by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 2 – We will reply within 24-hours with the details for your return
Step 3 – Once you have received your return information, just take your item to your nearest post office.
